We are in a culture that seems to encourage quick, shallow breathing. One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to consciously breathe deeply at times throughout the day.  

Oxygen and breath is the basis for life. When we don't breathe deeply, we don't give our bodies the oxygen that it needs for proper thought, mental and physical processes, digestion and so many other things that happen automatically.  

Breathe deeply at least 5-6 times every day and try to be conscious of how you are breathing at all times!
