#AnooshKnows Episode 5: Eliminate Holiday Stress
Chef Anoosh is back with another great tip for living better. This week it is geared toward something we all feel during the holidays- added stress. It can be better for some than others, but the overall consensus is that we need to deal with it better. Chef Anoosh is a big believer in mindfulness and self-awareness. This includes putting things into perspective, living in the moment and not worrying about the past or the future.
It can be a tough concept, but there is a great quote by Lao Tzu that goes something like this: If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the moment." This applies just as much during the holidays as it does every day.
